CRNA needed in Tucson, AZ
Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department
Schedule: 4x10's.
Call: Beeper call 1:5 with a 5% call back volume
Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Supervision
Case Mix: Complete Ortho, Complete Vascular, Neuro/Head Spine, Vent Management & Evaluation & Management of acute volume/BP issues. No Peds, No Hearts, and OB is not listed as a requirement.
Avg cases/day: About 5 patients per shift
EMR System: Cerner
Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days
Pay Rate:
Hourly - $200-$215
Hourly OT - $215-$230 (applies after 40 hours)
Nightly Call: $300-$500 per night
Weekend Call: $800-$1,100 per 24-hour shift
Call Back Hourly: $215-$230 (same as OT rate)
CRNA, AZ license ACLS, BLS required
