Description:
• Schedule: 7a-5p 4/10’2 (days fall between Monday of Friday)
• 5 cases/day
• 4 OR’s
• Call: 1:5 (including weekends)
• CRNA’s will be supervised
• Required Skills: General ANES, Spinal, Epidural, Regional, Complex vascular (no open heart), Complex Ortho, Pain Management, Post Op Epidural, Post Op Extremity, Evaluation and Mgmt. of Acute Volume/BP issues
• C-Lines, A-Lines, PA Catheter

Required:
• AZ License; active and unrestricted
• Board Certified/Board Eligible
