Job description

Start Date: Dec 2024 90-120 day credentialing
End Date: Ongoing
8 hours a day, 5 days a week

· Trauma Level 3 Facility
· EMR: Athena
· Skills required: general anesthesia, adult, pediatric, neonatal, trauma, spinal, epidural, regional anesthesia, obstetrical, neurosurgical, thoracic, complex vascular, complex orthopedic, pain management techniques, post-op epidural, post-op extremity blocks, epidural steroid for lumbar, epidural steroid for cervical, transforaminal, use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks, vent management, central line placement, arterial line placement, PA catheter placement

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active AZ License
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days
