Rate: Starting at $220/hr + travel

Type of cases required: ENDO, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, Oral, Ortho, Vascular
Caselogs required: Proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

Supervised by MDs

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)

EMR System: Medaxion
