We are seeking a CRNA for a full-time locum assignment in Flagstaff, AZ—a vibrant city known for its outdoor adventures, beautiful landscapes, and relaxed lifestyle.

Position Details:

Start Date: May 12, 2025 – September 7, 2025
Schedule: Approx. 40 hours per week, shifts include:
7a-3p
7a-5p
7a-7p
3p-11p

Practice Setting: Hospital
OR Details:
11 ORs in the main hospital, 2 in the ambulatory center
50-60 cases per day
Cases include ortho, trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy
EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
Credentialing: 30 days

Requirements:

CRNA Board Certification
Active AZ License (or willingness to obtain)
BLS or ACLS Certification
