Shift Details: 10 or 12 hour shifts available

Schedule:

Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 10 or 12 hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week
Advance Scheduling: Shifts scheduled 8 weeks in advance
Incentives: Shift differentials offered for 12-hour shifts
Weekend Shifts: Opportunity to pick up additional shifts when needed
Call: Not required
Full-time Requirement: 40 hours per week consistently; no part-time or flexible scheduling
Compensation and Benefits:

Weekly Expense Allowance: $1,000 for travel (out of state providers only)
Hourly rate negotiable
Overtime: Paid after 40 hours per week
Work Details:

EMR: Epic
Work Sites: Floating between two locations required
Case Experience: Central lines, Arterial lines, intubation, extubation, and spinal taps
Patient Acuity: Experience with high-acuity patients required
Setting: Level I trauma center within a large, growing health system
Travel Logistics:

Airport: New Haven Airport (HVN)
Travel Support: Covered travel costs; weekly stipend available for out of state candidates
Requirements:

Board Certification: Required
License: CT License required (accepting non-licensed candidates)
DEA Certification: Required
