Job description

Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work a 13-week assignment with the option to extend near Jacksonville, FL. FL license required.

 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10s. Seeking Full-time, 40-hour work week guarantee. 
No Call. 
Cases:  Ortho, Gyn, Spine, General Surgery and ENT.
CRNAs are supervised. 
EMR: CEPIC/need to be able to test out. 
2 sites. 
Credentialing: 90 - 120 days. Temps available with clean file (less than 30 days). 
$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
$Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance if needed. Local candidates are preferred.
