Job description

Specialty: CRNA

Length of Contract: 3-6 months (with the option to extend)

Schedule: 8s, 10s, and 12s available - Minimum 2 weeks per month

Operating Rooms: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology

Cases/Procedures: All cases *EXCEPT* OB, Burns, CV, and Transplant. Must be comfortable with Level II Trauma cases. CRNAs will not perform their own Regional Anesthesia/Blocks, but do perform Spinal Blocks

Credentialing Timeframe: About 30 days if licensed, up to 60 days if non-licensed (pending license)

• No OB, No Burns, No Cardiovascular, and No Transplants
• Willing to License
