Hospital in Chicago is looking for multiple locum CRNAs to work full time ongoing

Job description

Must have an IL license. Candidate will work and be credentialed at one location in a very desirable neighborhood of downtown Chicago.

• General, B&B, Ortho, Outpatient, OB/GYN and epidurals (CRNAs are not required for epidurals).
• 40 hour per week guarantee, but candidate should average 50 hours per week of work. Premium rate after 40 hours worked.
• CRNAS are doing 8's. Care Team Model of 1:3 or 1:4.
• 10 ORs ran by 5 docs and 7 CRNAs. Supervising and doing own cases.
• CRNAs can do 1:7 weeknight and 1 weekend shift per month backup pager call. Call Required.
• Either a doc or a CRNA is on 24 hour in-house call every day. If CRNA desires to do 24 in-house call, that could be arranged in the future.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive pay housing travel A rated malpractice insurance.
