Hospital in northwest IN, just SE of Chicago, is looking for 1 locum General Anesthesiologist to work full time ongoing.

Candidate will work between 2 facilities within 10 mins of each other. Simultaneous credentialing.
6 docs (3 General and 3 Cardiac)
Doc's work 7-3, however some days it might go to 5pm, or even 7pm. Candidate must be flexible. Doc is on beeper call 1:3 first & 1:3 second. Weekend call is a 24 hour shift. Prefer call takers. 1 general doc on call and 1 cardiac doc on call each night. Post call day off so weeknight call back hours will count towards your 40 hour guarantee and paid at regular time. General docs on call for OR as CRNAs are on 24 hour in-house call each day, so they will handle OB except general doc is called in for c-sections.
40 hours per week is guaranteed.
Anesthesia care team model or 1:3 or 1:4.
General, B&B, ortho, GI, with OB. Mix of doing own cases and supervising.
