Job description

• Coverage Type: Scheduled + Call
• Schedule Details: 7am-3pm Mon-Fri. Call is 1:5 days. It is required. post-call days are off. Overnight call is almost exclusively OB

Work Details:
• Support Staff: 5 CRNAs, 1 MD. Very autonomous setting
• Practice Setting: hospital
• EMR/Charting Software: Epic
• Avg. Daily Census: Small Hospital with 400 cases per month. Town population is 7,000
• # of ORs:3
• Beds: 25
• Patient Age Group: peds to adults
• Procedures: Cases are a mix of ortho, ENT, OB, GI and general surgery with very little inpatient services

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d
• State License(s): MI preferred
• Certifications: PALS, BLS, ACLS
• DEA Req’d?: yes

Credentialing Timeframe: 45 days
Willing To License?: yes

• Willing to license candidates
• Lots of Autonomy at a small hospital
• Cases are a mix of ortho, ENT, OB, GI and general surgery with very little inpatient services
