Location: Dumas, TX - 44 mins North of Amarillo, TX in the Texas Panhandle

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7a-3p, 8-hour guarantee

June 17-21

July 8-12

July 15-19

Friday, August 30

September 2-6

September 9-13

September 16-17

September 23-24

No Call

Case Types: OB is Required! OB, Gyn, Ortho, Bariatrics, GI

Average # of cases?

OB: average 20 deliveries per month
OR: average 50 cases per month
GI: average 20 cases per month

CRNA’s work independently
and
MD does their own cases.

Cred’g / Priv’g timeframe: 4-6 weeks
