#1 Opening - Target Start: 11/4 (Monday)

#2 Opening - Target Start: 12/2 (Monday)

End Date: Ongoing

Length of Assignment: Ongoing

Shift Types: 10's and 12's, Weekdays only

No Call

Case Types: General, Ortho, Neuro

Ratio of MDs to CRNAs: 1 to 4

Anesthesia Model: Supervision

EMR: Medaxion

Active TX License Required

Cred'g/Priv'g Timeframe: 30 days

Hourly Pay Rate: $215 no travel and lodging
