Location: Wichita Falls, TX

Number of CRNAs needed: 1-2

Client needs coverage on the open shifts below for Opening #1 and will book a FT locums CRNA out now for a February 3rd start for Opening #2.

Opening #1: Current remaining open shifts below. All shifts are 8-hr shifts...7a-3p.

October 2, 7, 9, 28

November 27, 29

December 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 11, 18, 23, 24, 26, 27, 30, 31

January 8, 15, 22, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31

Opening #2: February 3rd start - Ongoing

Length of Commitment: For Position #2, Client needs a minimum 3-month commitment, and may book 6+ months upfront

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 5 x 8's is required...Schedule is 7a-3p

Optional Call: Monday-Friday for bring backs only

Case Types: General, orthopedic, urology, GI, cosmetic, GYN, ENT

Requirements: CRNAs perform regional and peripheral nerve blocks

Anesthesia Model: Non-medical direction, 3-4 CRNAs per day

Active TX License Required

Cred'g & Priv'g Timeframe: Around 1 week with a Clean file!
Hourly Pay Rate: $200 + T & L
