Job description

-Hospital and Surgery Center
-6 month contract with option to extend
-2 full time locum CRNAs needed
-Providers credentialed at both Hospital and Surgery Center and rotate evenly between the 2
-35-40 hours
-No call
-Day shift only - generally out from 3p - 5p
-Case load: Urology, Ortho, Beriatrics, Endo, Plastics, No neuro (occasional ortho spine)
-Locums don’t' have to do peds
-Paper Charting for Anesthesia Records
-Medical Supervision at both places - except for Endo (solo)
-60 days for credentialing (potentially sooner with clean file
