Job description

**Responsibilities:**
- Perform anesthesia for various surgical and procedural cases, excluding transplants.
- Administer epidurals and spinals independently; no blocks required.
- Participate in a 4:1 supervision model.

**Shift Options:**
- Flexible scheduling with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available.
- Day shifts: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM; 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
- Off shifts: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM; 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
- Schedule provided 8 weeks in advance.

**Call Coverage:**
- Nightly and weekend beeper call coverage.
- Call back rate approximately 5%, higher during mid-week day calls.
- Full-time candidates preferred for call coverage; Peds and OB cases not mandatory.

**Qualifications:**
- Current CRNA certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties.
