HCA Virginia Hospitals needs CRNAs!

Job description

We have two different facilities in Richmond Virginia needing help from CRNAs. If you have the availability and think this could be a good fit, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Shifts: 10s and 12s

Case Types: All types of cases - You will not have to do any that you are not comfortable with.
Patient Ages: Adult

Cred’g & Priv’g: 60 - 90 days

CRNAs

• 6-10 CRNAs to provide services at JW Hospital or CH Hospital, working extended shifts (10’s, until 5:30pm, or 12’s until 7:30pm). Overtime rate will kick in if we occasionally ask the CRNA to work beyond the end of their shift to finish a case. CRNAs will be staffed into our most straight-forward cases to start, with a goal of progressing them to move complex cases as they get comfortable with us. Shifts may be at CH Hospital or JW Hospital, depending on need, but we will focus the locum CRNA at one site initially for the first few weeks, then explore more flexibility with staffing to the other site over time. CRNA’s have a broad scope of practice and typically do their own spinals. They will work closely with our attending physicians in a care team model.
