Job description

Start Date: January 2025 (60 day credentialing)
End Date: Ongoing

Schedule: 3 shift minimum/week (will schedule 8-12 hour days dependent on scheduled procedures); flexible scheduling is ok, but need to be available every week.

Work Details:
· Patient population/age: adult, pediatric
· Department description: This surgical program is high volume/high acuity and fast paced environment.
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: general anesthesia, adult, pediatric, spinal, head

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: None
· Certifications required: ACLS, PALS
