Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in a small rural hospital setting. This is a unique opportunity to work independently as a Licensed Independent Provider (LIP) in Wyoming, providing exceptional care in various surgical specialties.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide anesthesia services for a variety of cases, including General Surgery, Spine, Eyes, Plastics, Orthopedics, and Neurosurgery. OB cases are optional.
Work alongside a supportive team consisting of 1 MD and 1 RN.
Deliver care in both Douglas and Casper hospitals, each with four ORs.
Utilize the Meditech EMR system for documentation.
Work Details:
Coverage needed: 1-2 weeks per month, Monday-Friday.
Patients per day: Cases vary daily.
Patient population/age: Varies.
Requirements:
Board Certification: Required.
State License: WY license required (willing to assist with licensing).
DEA License: Required.
Experience: New graduates will be considered.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in providing anesthesia for various surgical specialties.
Ability to work independently in a rural hospital setting.
Strong documentation skills with Meditech EMR.
