Schedule: Hours are Monday - Friday 7am-4pm. No call.
Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Department description: CRNA will not be supervised and not supervising others.
· EMR: Cerner
· Special procedures: Urology procedures only
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active AZ License
Credentialing Timeframe: asap
