Coverage needed in Chinle, AZ

• Facility located in Chinle, AZ
• Dates of coverage needed: Asap – 3 month commitment with option to extend
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7a – 3:30p
• Call: rotation based (1:4)
• Cases: General, OB (Epidurals), Spinals, Blocks-rare
• Cases per day: approximately 4-5
• Ages seen: all ages (2 and up)
• Any state license accepted
• Travel and lodging provided
