Full Time CRNA needed in Phoenix, AZ

Position Details:

Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Shift Details: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts, 40 hours/week
Coverage Type: Full-time, no call, no overtime
Availability: Providers must have full-time availability and minimal time off requests
Work Details:

Support Staff: Provided
Coverage Needed: 40 hours/week, full-time coverage required
Patients per Day: Average of 3-5 outpatient surgeries/day, endoscopy cases can be 10-12/day
Patient Population/Age: Adult to Geriatric
Department Description:
Manage complex cases in a care team environment
Experience in: General, Regional, GI, ENT, Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, Urology, Neuro (spines and heads), Robotics, Vascular, Thoracic, Plastics, Trauma
Work in a care team model, 100% medically directed
No OB/Peds
EMR: EPIC

Requirements:

Board Certification: Required
License: Active AZ license; not accepting unlicensed candidates
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Minimum Experience: 1-3 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
