Schedule: Mon-Fri Coverage, scheduled clinical hours only
· Department description: Outpatient
Practice Setting: Outpatient Surgery Center
Requirements:
· Board Certification: NBCRNA
· License required: AZ LICENSE IN HAND
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
· Minimum experience required: Competent with nerve blocks

Site's technology allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of: Orthopedics, Spine, General Surgery, Pain Management, Podiatry, Urology, Blocks

Life Certifications: ACLS, BLS,PALS
