Job description

• 3-month contract w option to extend
• General, Ortho, Uro, GYN, Gastro, Healthy Peds, Head and Neck, Thoracic
• Mon – Fri, 7a-3:30, full time, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
• Census: Variable depending on Room assignment. Anywhere from 3-8 cases per day
• Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: 1:3 MD Supervision Model
• EMR: EPIC (Health Connect – Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC)
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
• Must be board certified and CA licensed.
