Job details:

Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing
Schedule: Monday-Friday - 5x8's, 4x10's, 3x12's - flexible on scheduling. No call
40 hours/week guaranteed unless provider requests off!
Fellowship training is not required for cardiac or pediatric cases
10 operating rooms
EMR: EPIC

Job Requirements:

NBCRNA Certified
Active CO License or IMLC
Active BLS
Clean Malpractice/Background
COVID VACCINATED
