Travel Requirements:
Will need 2 consecutive weeks per month minimum if requiring flights.
Shift Details:
2 weeks on/2 weeks off
2 consecutive weeks per month
One week will be Monday-Friday with a mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours guaranteed.
The second week will be 2 x 24-hour shifts, totaling 48 hours guaranteed. Lunches paid.
Schedule:
Locums will receive their schedule for 6 weeks at a time.
Work Details:
Amount of coverage needed per month: Continuous full-time coverage, 40 hours per week.
Patient population/age: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric. 90%+ of the patients are over the age of 12.
Department description:
Number of operating rooms: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology.
Supervision-based anesthesia. Independent work at Nampa location.

Skills required:
Gyn, general surgery, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, healthy peds, eye, GI, structural hearts, EP, Endo, Interventional radiology, MRI.
Must be comfortable with Level II Trauma cases.
CRNAs will not perform their own Regional Anesthesia/Blocks but do perform Spinal Blocks.
Occasionally perform arterial lines (not a requirement).
No burns, transplants, open heart, sick peds, or OB.
No epidurals or central lines for locums.
