Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work a 6 month assignment with option to extend at a facility in Chicago, IL

Job description

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10hr shifts, 7a-5p.
• No Call.
• No weekends.
• Cases: General OR, Cardiology, OB, some spine but very minimal, pain procedures. No peds. Provider will be supervised.
• Patients per day: 2-5 cases/day
• CRNAs are supervised.
• Level 2 trauma.
• Credentialing: 30 - 45 days.
• EMR: EPIC.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• Competitive Hourly pay A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included. Drive over/local candidates only.
