Step into a high-performing Level 1 Trauma Center in Sangamon County, where your skills and expertise will make a meaningful impact. With a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, this role offers variety, teamwork, and rewarding patient outcomes.

Position Details:

Contract Length: 6 months + option to extend.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Preference for 5x8s over 4x10s).
Practice Setting: Anesthesia Care Team Model.

Work Scope:

Inpatient GI Unit: Cover 4 OR rooms with cases including screenings, ERPCs, bronchs, and more.
Outpatient Center: Support 23 OR rooms with healthy peds, plastics, ortho, ENT, and other procedures (no admits).
Case Volume: 35-40 cases/day.
Requirements: Must be comfortable and proficient in all Level 1 Trauma skills.
Additional Details:

EMR: Cerner.
Licensure Requirements: Active Illinois license and DEA required at submission (no licensing assistance available).
Credentialing: 2-3 weeks once documents are submitted.
Travel: All expenses covered!
