Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work ongoing at a facility 15 minutes outside of Louisville, KY in Indiana

Job description

- Schedule: Monday - Friday 7a - 3:30p (30 minute unpaid lunch).
- No call.
- Will be credentialed at both the hospital & surgery center.
- No nights or weekends.
- General mix of cases. No cardiac, OB or trauma.
- Care team model.
- Credentialing: 60 - 90 days. Looking for July start (Temps Possible with clean file)
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
