CRNA needed in IN *Near OH/MI border*. Make up to $215/hr

Job description

3 Anesthesia Sites per day including OB
Case types ~2800 cases per year, mostly general, Ortho, OB (~275 deliveries/year). GYN, Ophthalmology, Podiatry
EMR- EPIC
CERTIFICATIONS- ACLS, PALS, BLS
REQUIRED- Epidural & Regional/ Spinal Blocks
Not supervising. CRNAs and MDs have the same autonomy. CRNAs work independently. MD's handle the podiatry cases
Bed size 25
Board Certified- Required

Call Coverage from 5pm-7am on weeknights, first out post call.
Weekend call *REQUIRED and open to all providers
Weekly Call Rotation: Call Starts 5pm at least once a week with the start up, sometimes twice a week- looking for flexibility in providers
Weekend Call Rotation: All weekends open
