Location: Kentucky

Start: December

26-week assignment with the option to extend

Shift Details: 4 x 10 (No Weekends, No Call; M – T or T – F)

3x12 - 0630AM – 0530PM

5x8

Schedule: Full-Time; 0630AM – 0530PM (1/2-hour lunch)

Work Details:
• Support staff: CRNA, Anesthesia Tech, Anesthesiologists. Will be directed by Anesthesiologist (General ratio 1:2 anesthesiologists to 1 CRNA and 1 resident, can be up to 1:4 anesthesiologists to CRNA for low acuity)
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full time, 4 x 10/week, 6 months
• Patients per day: Depends, 1-9/daily
• Patient population/age: All age spans (no Neonatal)
• Department description: CRNA would cover the following: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart)
• EMR: EPIC preferred
• Special procedures:
• Skills required: Intubation, Central Line, Arterial line, Line Placement. Not likely needed to do blocks. No OB.

Practice Setting:
• Hospital (Level 1 Trauma Center)

Requirements:
• Board Certification: NBCRNA
• State license required: Yes, State of KY – open to licensing
• Certifications preferred:
• Certifications required:
• Minimum experience required: Some experience (6 months to a year; NO NEW GRAD)

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
