Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work ongoing at a facility near Ashland, KY.

Job description

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8's.
• Cases: General, Ortho, Uro, ENT, Endo, Basic peds, minimal vascular & OB. No Neuro. OB can be optional.
• Call: Not much call but will be discussed on phone interview.
• Supervision: 1:3/1:4.
• Credentialing: Emergency Privs Available.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days
