Location: Lexington, KY
Start dates: Mid Dec ideally
Shift Details: 5x8hr, 4x10hr or 3x12hr shifts | No Weekends | No Call
Work Details:
· Cases: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart)
· Patient population/age: All age spans (no Neonatal)
· Patients per day: 1-9
· EMR: Epic
· Hospital bed size: 569 (17 ORs)
· Level 1 Trauma Center
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days

Travel expenses, airfare, lodging, or car rental will be covered or reimbursed.
Malpractice insurance is provided.
Paid weekly (negotiable).
Willing to license!
