Required Case Experience:
Experience in the following specialties: Endocrinology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Pediatrics, Urology, ENT, General Surgery, Oral Surgery, Orthopedics, Vascular Surgery, Trauma, and Ophthalmology.
Supervision:
Yes, under the supervision of MDs.
Proficiency in Spinals & Epidurals:
Proficiency in performing spinals and epidurals is required.
Credentialing Timeframe:
Credentialing typically takes 60-90 days. Temporary placements may be considered with a clear background, malpractice history, and an active, unrestricted license.
Caselog Submission:
Caselogs are required, including documentation of experience with spinals and epidurals.
EMR System:
Epic
Vaccination Requirement:
Vaccination is required, although medical or religious exemptions will be considered.
Required Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification are required.
