Ideal Start Date: 11/4/2024

Shift Details: 5, Day (8 Hours) 7:00 - 3:30

Schedule: Monday - Friday (7a - 3:30p) - no call, no weekends
SEPT: 4, 10, 16, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26, 30
OCT: 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 29, 31
NOV: 6, 7, 12, 13, 18, 20, 26, 27

Contract Length: Ongoing need with shifts released monthly

Case mix includes ortho, ENT, GYN, general, endoscopy, podiatry, urology, and ophthalmology

Patient age group: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

Procedures
-Support Staff: other CRNAs and MDs

-Amount of coverage needed per month: Sporadic needs

-Department Description: Ortho, Gen, GYN/OB, ENT, Urology, Podiatry, Eye's

-EMR: Excillian

-Practice Setting: Medical Center

Board Certification: NBCRNA

State License/s: Minnesota Required, Compact Accepted, or willing to license!

Certifications required: ACLS. BLS, PALS, DEA
