Job description

• Schedule: 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts available.
• Cases: General B&B, Ortho, Peds (optional), Neuro/Heads. NO OB.
• Call: Inhouse/required.
• OT possible.
• 8 ORs, 2 Endo & 2 ASC.
• 60-90 days to credential.
• CRNA supervision 1:4.
• Epic.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.

• *Completion Bonus - $20,000 for 13 weeks/520 hours worked.*
• Must have clean background and NH license.
