Job description

** COMPLETION BONUS: 520 Hours Worked AND 13 Weeks - $20,000 **
• Schedule: Arrive at 0700, OR start 0730, end either 1530 (8hrs) or 1730 (10hrs).
• Cases: Ortho, general, GYN, urology, spine, endo, some vascular No peds, No neurovasc, No OB.
• Supervision: 1:4 - sometimes less depending on staff numbers.
• OT not expected but possible if desired.
• No call.
• 15 in main OR. 2 endos sometimes 3, 1-2 EP rooms, 2 OB room.
• EPIC Charting.
• Credentialing: 4-6 weeks.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
