*$20,000 Completion Bonus - Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Lakefront, NY

Job description

**COMPLETION BONUS: 520 Hours Worked AND 13 Weeks - $20,000
• Schedule: All shift lengths available up to and including a 16hr shift (until 11pm)
• Cases: General Surgery, GYN, bariatric, spine, OB, Ortho (with blocks), Neuro/Heads & Peds (few).
• Supervision. MOR and surgery centers only.
• If supervising the ratio is 1:3.
• No OT.
• Call: Possible.
• MOR-17 rooms (includes EP/Cath Lab, GI, and IR)/Madison Irving Surgery Center-4/Physician Office Building-4/ Labor & Delivery-3.
• Charting: Paper charting, except for pre and post op orders in computer.
• 30 day emergency privileging time frame.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals Full Daily Rate per weekend day Premium after 4 hours.
