**$20K COMPLETION BONUS (520 HRS/13 WEEKS)**
5 x 8's - 40 hours a week
Cases: General, Ortho, OB, Endo, OB C-sec only.
OT: Not expected but offered.
Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 4.
MDs supervising CRNAs
CRNA to MD ratio: 3 to 1.
Credentialing: 21 days.
