CRNA permanent position in Troy, NY

Provider's choice: 7:00 am-3:00 pm, 7:00 am-5:00 pm, and 7:00 am-7:00 pm shifts available
Call Rotation: 1:6 with post call day off, optional but preferred. Call Stipends & Shift differentials!
Surgical Cases are primarily bread and butter including OB, Bariatric, Vascular, and Urology. No hearts, trauma, or Neuro cases.

Accepting new graduate candidates
Compensation based on years of licensure:
- 0-4 years of Licensure:
○ 1880 Annual Hours- $Sign up or sign in for contact information Annual Hours- $232,419
- 5+ years of Licensure:
○ 1880 Annual Hours- $Sign up or sign in for contact information Annual Hours- $255,424
Bonuses:
- Starting bonus - $25k
- 6 months - $50k
- Year 2 - $25k
- Year 3 - Start of quality incentive metrics - $10k
Relocation Allowance if applicable: The amount is determined by the distance they are moving from to the facility. It is a reimbursement-based system. Providers receive the amount in their contract, and they can submit receipts for reimbursement up to that amount.
