Types of Cases:
Required: General Anesthesia, Spinal, OB, Complex Ortho, Complex Vascular (Except open hearts)
Preferred: Healthy pediatric general anesthesia, epidurals, regionals
Cred'g / Priv'g timeframe: 90 days
