Job description

-Shift Type: 12 hour.
-Regular Hours Required.
-In House Call: Preferred.
-Case Type(s): General.
-Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Preferred.
-Weekend - On Call (Pager): Preferred.
-OT Expected.
-Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes
-CRNA to MD ratio: 3 to 1.
-Are MDs doing their own cases: Yes
-Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 48
-Site Charting System: Epic.
-Credentialing: 30 days.

• Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
