Job description

-Dates: January 27
-Schedule: 8 hr shifts
o Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
o Week 2: Monday - Wednesday
o Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
o Week 4: Tuesday and Wednesday
o Week 5: Tuesday and Wednesday
-No call
-EMR: Paper but moving to HST
-Cases: Primarily Urology cases
-Credentialing Timeframe: January 27th start
-Supervision: medical direction
