• Begin ASAP - Ongoing
• Scheduled hours + call
• Post-call day off
• Level III trauma with high acuity
• CRNAs practice 100% independently
• 7 ORs, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, nearby ASC
• Cases: Everything but heads and hearts, healthy Peds only
• Procedures include all types of blocks
