Procedures: Spine Procedures, Thoracic, Complex Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology, Vascular, Neurosurgery, General and ENT
Hospital: Level 1 Trauma center with high acuity cases
Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 45+ days
