Preferred Start-Date: ASAP

Estimated End-Date: Ongoing

Schedule/Shift Times: M-F (5x8’s)

CRNA's will work independently

Weekend Call:

Preferred Rate Range: $250-$265

Types of Cases / Specialty Mix: Primarily ENT and most importantly PED ENT (non-negotiable) 12 mo-16 years, Eyes, Pain, Minor Ortho (1-2 month), Blocks not required
