CRNA Locum Need in Pennsylvania!

Start Date: 07/08/2024
Contract Length: 13 weeks with an option to extend
Coverage Type: Scheduled + No Call
Number of Shifts & Hours: 5 x 8
Schedule Details: 5 8-hour shifts, per week. Monday to Friday. Reporting at 0630AM; First procedure 0645/0700AM.

Job Specific Details:

Support Staff: 4 anesthesiologists per day, 15-18 CRNAs on each day.
Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 5 8-hour shifts per week, 4 weeks a month.
Patients per Day: Average volume is around 40 anesthesia cases/day which includes endoscopy. No one CRNA is responsible for all cases in the OR and cases per CRNA will vary based on daily assignment.
Patient Population/Age: Adults (Pediatric experience preferred, but not required).

Department Description: EMR: Cerner, Hospital bed size: 272.

Skills Required: General, ENT, GYN, OB, plastics, endo, urology, ortho, vascular, cardiothoracic, and neuro. Vascular, neuro, and thoracic are PREFERRED, OB is optional.
Practice Setting: Hospital – Level II Trauma

Requirements:

Board Certification: Yes, CRNA
State License Required: Yes, State of PA
DEA: Yes
CSR: No
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS
Minimum Experience Required: 2 years.

Credentialing Timeframe: 3 – 4 weeks.
