• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend
· Shift Details: 5 x 8
· Schedule: 5 8-hours shifts, per week. Monday to Friday. Reporting at 0630AM; First procedure 0645/0700AM.
· Support staff: 4 anesthesiologists per day, 15-18 CRNAs on each day.
· Amount of coverage needed per month: 5 8-hour shifts per week, 4 weeks a month
· Patients per day: average volume is around 40 anesthesia cases/day which includes endoscopy.
· Patient population/age: Adults (Pediatric experience preferred, but not required)
· Department description: Medical Direction; 11 ORs (8 running daily), 2 CVORs, and offsites include GI, Bronch, cath lab, OB. CRNAs cover 1 room at a time and physicians cover up to 4 rooms.
· EMR: Cerner
· Skills required: General, ENT, GYN, OB, plastics, endo, urology, ortho, vascular, cardiothoracic, and neuro. Vascular, neuro and thoracic is PREFERRED, OB is optional.
· Practice Setting: Hospital – Level II Trauma, 272 beds
· Requirements: Board Certified, Active PA License, BLS, ACLS, 1 year experience
