Length of Commitment: 3 month min

4x10s
7a – 5:30p
Call: no

Procedures Required: MAC, General Anesthesia
Case Mix:
GYN - ranging from minor procedures up to robotic cases
Ortho - mix of totals, knee scopes, upper extremity cases
ENT (including occasional peds)
General cases (appys/choles/hernias)
Urology, Podiatry, Endo, some TEEs, and OB
Ages of patients? Adults and healthy peds

Anesthesia Model: directed
EMR:EPIC

State License? Not required, they will look at candidates who need license

Cred’g / Priv’g timeframe: 60-90 days;
