• Coverage Dates: December 23 - Ongoing (as soon as credentialed) .
• Minimum length of commitment: Client will need at least 3 shifts / week, and minimum 3 weeks / month. If the candidate does 5 shifts / week at 2 weeks per month, they will review
• Shift Schedule: 8s & 10's -- client prefers 10s; M-F 7a-3:30p
• Type of Patients/Cases: Ortho, general, plastics, trauma, hearts, heads, peds, vascular, carotids and OB.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
• Patients per Day/Volume: varies
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: MD
• Type of Care Model (Care Team of Independent): Medical direction
• Care Team: 1:3
• APRN or RN: RN only state
